Archi’s Thai Cafe
Village Square, 9350 W Sahara Ave, Las Vegas, NV 89117
Astounding flavor in the ginger dishes, curry, and the soup was surprisingly delicious because I didn’t see the shredded chicken in the bowl until I started to pay attention beyond the taste of the broth with was divine, exotic, much like the curry, exotic with great flavor. Plus everyone was so friendly. Each customer was treated like family. The servers took great care to make sure that everyone was given extraordinary service, greeting people, checking on their dishes, asking if they needed extra sauce or whether they preferred mild, spicy, medium. I was in Summerlin for a meeting. I had always heard about the awards that Archi’s earned, but this was my first time dining. I really enjoyed the ginger. In fact, I think I am going to stop writing, get in my car, and drive back to Archi’s for their lunch specials. The dishes are brought alive. The dining room is well lit, warm, comfortable, as I wrote earlier, guests feel like family when they are eating inside. Maybe because the movie theater is right next door. I bet a lot of families enjoy going to the movie theater before eating at Archi’s to enjoy their lunch and dinner. Summerlin has the best restaurants in Las Vegas. Not the LV Strip. Archi’s Thai Cafe proves that fact. When you go inside, look at all the awards they have received.
